Frequently asked questions

Do you have any ready to ship items?

Ready to ship items are clearly marked in our shop. The majority of our collections are made to order, a thoughtful approach that reduces waste and allows each piece to be crafted with care. While we list production at 8 to 10 weeks, many pieces are completed in approximately 3 weeks or less.

Can I commission custom molds, custom pieces, or wholesale orders?

We offer custom molds, bespoke pieces, and wholesale partnerships. Get in touch at howdy@umokaysick.com to discuss your ideas and requirements.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Are any purchases final sale?

Made-to-order and preorder items can be canceled if production has not yet begun. Once production has started, we are unable to accommodate cancellations. Please note, these items are also final sale.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

100% Made in the USA. Every piece starts in our Los Angeles studio -- from the first sketch to the final product (and even shipping). It's all completely handcrafted in-house.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
